- Above pricing includes first 3 miles. Service beyond 3 miles will have an additional $3.00 /extra mile
- No shows and cancelations after 6:00 PM on the day before scheduled transport will be billed at $30.00 per occurrence.
- Waiting fees - $10.00 /15 minutes
- Multiple pickups will be charges based on half the price of a round trip, multiplied by the number of stops, plus mileage.
- Services outside of Charlotte NC, special requests, discharges and transfers to and from facilities/ hospitals, and urgent pickups will be quoted separetely.

Our Policies:
- All base prices include the first 3 miles of travel.
- After-hours fees apply for trips between 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
- Sunday and holiday services include a $15 surcharge.
- Waiting time is billed after the first 15 minutes at $10 per 15-minute interval.
- Multiple stops are charged at half the round-trip rate, plus mileage.
- Cancellations after 6 PM the day before incur a $30 late cancellation fee.
- No-shows are billed at $30.
- Long-distance and out-of-area rides receive custom pricing.
